Welcome to Life in the Fast Lane: Adventures of a Moto Mom, where I share my passion for living and adventuring on two wheels, with kids! 

I'm a former AMA pro 600 Supersport and Formula Extreme racer, a certified Level III California Superbike School Coach Worldwide, a columnist for Motorcycle Mojo Magazine and Adventure Bike Magazine, a freelance writer and blogger for industry publications, a PR and Media Specialist with Kaci, a mountain bike instructor with Endless Biking,  and a mom of two incredible little humans, Ashton 14 and Kai 12.

I'm super passionate about sharing my sport with others and coaching people to become the best versions of their riding selves. I started this page to stay connected to the sport and community I’m so passionate about -even when I can’t take off for a weekend of racing or riding because my duties as a mom take precedence.

Here I’ll talk about racing, riding skills, cornering technique, suspension, track days, riding gear, motocross, dirt biking, mountain biking and the kick-ass people that love this stuff. It’s also a place where you can learn about rad moto kids and get ideas on supporting them as they haul ass toward their dreams.

I hope you’ll join me in my attempts to balance motorcycles, travel, life, adventure, kids, coaching, work and family.  

I’ve private coached some of the fastest kids in North America, including the late Peter Lenz, John Gessner, Jonathan Finn, Jake Hayes, and my own kid, Ashton Parker, and have been fortunate to train with industry greats like Keith Code, Colin Edwards, Troy Corser, Rich Oliver and many others.

As a family, we ride and adventure as often as possible, and I try to live by the motto 'Leap and the Net Will Appear'. Tomorrow isn't guaranteed, so you might as well live each day like it's your last.
